Jabowen Dixon – Holistic Practitioner & Empowerment Consultant

Jabowen Dixon is a Health Empowerment Consultant, educator, and lifelong student of holistic wellness. Born and raised in Chicago in a health-conscious household, Jabowen was introduced early to the principles of natural living through his mother’s deep-rooted passion for holistic health. This foundation instilled in him a lasting respect for the body’s innate ability to heal when properly supported.

His personal journey into plant-based living began over 15 years ago, inspired by the teachings of Dr. Sebi. Since then, Jabowen has embraced a dedicated vegan lifestyle while engaging in extensive study of biology, biochemistry, Eastern medicine, and root cause healing. Influences such as Morley Robbins and Dr. Jerry Tennant have helped shape his focus on mineral balancing, bioenergetics, and cellular regeneration.

In addition to his work in wellness, Jabowen is also a professional dancer—a discipline that has deepened his understanding of the powerful connection between movement, nutrition, and energy flow. This embodied knowledge fuels his commitment to helping others restore balance in both body and mind.

Jabowen’s approach as a Health Empowerment Consultant is integrative, intuitive, and transformational. He is passionate about educating individuals on how their bodies function, how to nourish them naturally, and how to make lifestyle choices
that are both evidence-based and spiritually aligned. His mission is to awaken the inner healer in each person he serves, blending ancient wisdom with modern science to support true, lasting wellness.
